Rental Fees
Rental fees are quoted upon request and based on space(s) used for the event.
What's Included
Rental fees include the use of the space.
Available Hours
Rental fees are based on a four-hour minimum and are generally scheduled anytime. Museum hours vary depending on the time of year, however, space rentals are typically between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM
Date Reservation
Upon receiving an agreement, you will have 14 days to sign the agreement and provide a deposit in order to secure the date.
Deposit/Payment
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of the reservation. The remainder of the payment is due no later than the event date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Musuem Tickets
During regular museum hours, admission to the museum is included with the space rental. Email [email protected] for more information on group discounts.
Parking
Parking is free at the Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum.
Smoking
No Smoking is permitted on the ship.
Accessibility (ADA)
Due to the historical nature of the vessel, the USS Edson is not equipped to accomodate wheelchairs or individuals with mobility issues. Accessibility for your venue should be discussed in advance.
Event Signage
Banners and signs are permitted, however, existing museum signage cannot be removed or moved.
Climate Control
The USS Edson and the surrounding outdoor areas are not climate controlled. Plan accordingly for the natural weather conditions.
